Screen Resolution

I want to have screen resolution of 1024 by 768 but my
Laptop does not allow me I have Dell c810 laptop. Can you
help me on this

Laptops are proprietary and usually things like video and sound can
not be upgraded or changed since the devices are integrated into the
motherboard. Check with Dell tech support but I suspect they will
probably tell you that you can not change to a higher resolution.

Use an outside monitor. Laptop displays are fixed to limited
resolutions.
