Screen Resolution

Every time I open up, Resolution returns to 640x480 no
matter how many times I reset it ,Yes I do clk APPLY and
OK.Also Icons appear only on one side of screenn 50% are
missing until I reset to 800x600 then all is well until I
close down and then when next opening up I go thro
procedure all over again.Is there an easy fix ?

I would suggest that you make certain you have the correct video card
driver and possibly the correct driver for you monitor.
