screen resolution

i just installed windows 2000 upgrade over 98 and the
screen resolution will not go to 1024 x 768. I tried the
microsoft fix but when I go to control panel I cant
find "Properties" to proceed. Under File the word
Properties is ghosted. What am doing wrong?

Did you load the W2K display drivers for your video card ??
