Screen Resolution

I created an excel app, that is best viewed when the user
has their screen resoltion set at 768x1024 or higher. I
know I have users with 600x800 setting. Is it possible
to dynamically adjust their settings when they use my app?
 
Thank goodness, NO! Most people do not want their resolution fiddled with by
some other yahoo. Most of us can screw things up with no help.
