Screen resolution 'letterbox' problem after "upgrading" from 98SE to Win2K, using AIW 128/16

I recently "upgraded" to Win2K. Everything hardware-wise is the same.
I used to be able to run 1280 x 1024 x 32bit with no problems. Now
when I try and run that resolution I get a 'letterbox' of resolution
1152 x 864 inside of a virtual window of 1280 x 1024. The virtual
window scrolls so that I can use all of the desktop, but I should be
able to use the full resolution. ATI & monitor drivers have been
upgraded to Win2K versions. Monitor is Daytek 1726D, card is All in
Wonder 128/16. I have fiddled with refresh rates to no avail.

Any ideas?

Regards,
Peter

I had that EXACT problem after my last driver update, and eventually
corrected it by reinstalling the drivers.
