Screen Icons Move

each time i close or shut down my computer, the screen icons all align up to
the left and my tool bar on the left hand side disappears...thanks for any
help

1. Rightclick open area center of screen and click Arrance Icons By >
Uncheck Auto Arrange.
2. Rightclick the Start button>Properties>Taskbar tab>uncheck "Auto Hide
the Taskbar"
3. If you want the taskbar on bottom of screen instead of on the lefthand
side
use your mouse pointer and drag it to the bottom.
