Icons move on desktop at startup

Just recently I've noticed my icons resetting themselves
to the left side of screen, vertically. I've always had
my icons displays at the top horizontally. Even if I
move the icons to the top and shut down, they will be
displayed vertically at startup. It hasn't always done
this. Please help.

Hello try this
go to field, right click, open menu, look at
settings, check arrange icons by, uncheck all, then check,
align to grid and show desk top icons, this may help you.
