Screen Freeze on M/soft XP Pinball

My computer is Intel Celeron 2GB CPU with Lex Mainboard
512mb DDR memory.
I am running Windows XP with a Geforce4 MX 128mb graphics
car, I also have onboard sound.
My problem is when I run Microsoft XP pinball the screen
freezes for approx 5/10 seconds intermitently.
I have update the graphics card with latest drivers, &
Microsoft XP, Other games I run Quake 3 & Microsoft 98
pinball is not effected.
Please could anyone give me advise.
 
Forget about XP pinball.
....no gamepads...keyboard only...not true full screen.

Go out and get Sierra Thrillride.
...uses gamepads...more fun...true full screen.
