Screen Fonts

I recently removed an application that seems to have
change the look of myt screen. The fonts look terrible.
Is there away to reinstall or fix the screen fonts?

Right click on your desktop, select properties. Under the Themes tab select
Windows XP, Apply and OK. This should set it back to the default.
