Screen flickering

Since I have upgraded to Windows XP Professional everytime
I go to Windows Media Player to see a video I have
recorded on my camcorder the screen flickers, I have
uninstalled media player and reinstalled and still have
the prob any help will be appreciated.
 
Try setting you refresh rate for the monitor higher somethine >60.
