Screen dumps

I want to make a screen dump of the 'Windows Security'-
window which appears after pressing 'Ctrl'-'Alt'-'Del'
and then paste it into a worddocument. I have tried to
do this with 'Print Scrn' button alone as well in
combination with 'AltGr' but it will not work. There is
nothing on the clipboard to paste. I have tried several
thirdparty products with same bad result.
Anyone who knows the trick to get this screen dump ??
