Screen Capture problem

Hello,

When I try to do a screen capture on Windows Media Player and paste it in
Microsoft Word or Powerpoint or a Picture editing program, I will not be able
to permanently see the picture if I scroll the scroll bar (up & down, left &
right). The actual picture that I want stays while the surrounding picture
scrolls together.

I do not have this problem in Windows 98 or Windows 95 using Office 97. Is
this a copyright problem that Microsoft is trying to prevent us from doing ?
