Screen Brightness

Hi

Hope someone can help? when I connect my laptop to the mains, the screen is
very dark and I cant find a setting to brighten it to the same as it is on
battery. Where do I need to look??

My portable PC uses the Intel Graphics chipset. There is an Intel Utility
separate from Display properties where I can control "extras" such as
screen brightness. I don't know if you have the same chipset but if you
look around on your system, you may find something similar.
