Use AntiVirus software..
Identify it, try to delete it. If that doesn't work, take the
identification (name) on the web, use Google, look for it and how to remove
it. Most AntiVirus companies (Symantec Security Response is a good place
usually) have instructions on virus removal.
What makes you believe you have a virus? If your virus scanner said so,
which one do you use?

If an antivirus program is telling you that you have a virus, and it cannot
remove the virus, your best bet is to look on the antivirus company
website - they should have removal instructions that will work well with
their program.
