Is there a way I can "Invite Attendees" to a meeting and it automatically
appear on their calander without them first having to accept the meeting?

Here was the answer from another string.

Only if they enable the option to automatically accept invitations. I don't
think the sender can control how the recipient has his mail client
configured.
