Scheduling NTBackup.exe

Good Morning All,

I recently had to manually install the ntbackup.exe to my XP Home computer.
It wasn't preloaded with my win xp. Now that it is loaded, it will do a
backup now if I configure it but will not run during a scheduled time. I
have gone through all of the settings but still will not run at the given
time.
Any suggestions for me to look at?

duh, i guess thats why it keeps asking for a password everytime i try to set

Do you logon using a password? By default Windows XP will only run
scheduled tasks if you do. Kelly has a fix:
