Scheduling Interviews

I have someone coming in for an interview. They will see a number of
different people during the four to six hours they are here. I don't want to
consume everyone's time since the person will only see each person for about
a half an hour. So, is there anyway, I can show the entire block of time as
taken for an interview...but have Mary as Unavailable for 1/2 hour of that;
then Bob Unavailable for another 1/2 hour, and Tim for another 1/2 hour,
etc.? That way, we know the window with which we are working; I don't have
to do multiple appts and I don't consume someone's entire four to six hours
when, in fact, I won't be.

Thank you so much! I hope this makes sense!

"I don't have to do multiple appts"
No, it will require separate appointments with each individual.

Thank for your quick response. Not the answer I wanted, but nevertheless
from someone knowledgeable -- so I'm confident I'm not just missing
something.
