It is possible to schedule chkdsk to run however chkdsk will not scan more
than one drive at a time. The only way I can imagine you could do it would
be to create a batch file with the chkdsk commands you wanted to run (one
for each disk) in it and schedule execution of the batch file. Are you
familiar with batch files?.
Somewhat puzzled why you would want to do that. The system will do it
automatically on a reboot when it detects a problem. Otherwise you would
suspect an issue with one of the data drives and do it then. But ALL
disks, is a bit over the top, this isn't Windows 95 and FAT32.
