Scheduling Attendees

When scheduling attendees to a meeting in Outlook XP we can only see their
free and busy schedule up to September 31. After September 31 it indicates
no information (\\\\\\\\\) is available.

How do I extend the time period so my users can see schedules several months
out?

HI Steve,

You can publish 36 months of free/busy data, even though the default setting
is 2 months. To change this setting, look to this location in Outlook:

Tools --> Options --> Calendar Options --> Free/Busy Options

Adjust the "Publish ___ months" setting.

You could then create a dummy appointment on that person's calendar to force
the free/busy data to be published right away.
