Scheduling Appointments

Hello,

Does anyone know how to schedule an appointment in another users calendar, without having to go through the steps of them accepting it?

I need the ability to directly shedule a appointment in a group of user's calendars without them accepting or even showing up in their inbox.

Thanks-
Dennis

If you have permission to create new items, you can just open their calendar
folder and create the item directly.

Thanks

I should have been more specific. I need the ability to send it to a group of users and have it scheduled automatically without them having to "accept" it.

There's nothing built-in to do this, unless you have all the mailboxes set
up to accept invitations automatically like a resouce calendar. Or, you
manually open each user's Calendar folder and place the item there.
