Scheduling a resource sends notifications to all mailboxes

Hello,

I recently set up a confrence room resoursce for the first time. Im
currently using Outlook 2003 on a SBS 2003 server. Now ive been over
the install procedure many times and it appears to be fine, yet when I
schedule the resourse everyone in the global list gets a notification.
It was my understanding that the mailbox you specify in outlook along
with the resourcse was the only one to be notified. Any assistance in
this matter is greatly appreciated.
 
Maybe the person booking the resource has everyone else set up as a
delegate?
