scheduling a mouse click

I start a video capture program, and I want
to schedule a left mouse click at a future
time of my choosing. I need the mouse click
to be as if I did it while the video capture
program is the active window (I will preposition
the mouse to be where it needs to be myself
and then leave it alone).

Can this be done? Can I set up a series of
mouse clicks to be sent to the video capture
program at times I specify, but leave the
video capture program as the active window?

You would have to use a keyboard/mouse recording/replay
program such as AutoIt.
