Scheduled Tasks

Hi,
We have a w2k server (SP3) for some reason Scheduled Tasks
service got stuck. one of the jobs is marked as running
even though the process (of the spacific job) is not
listed under the Task Manager process list.

Help Please,

Your server really should be at SP4. Have you at least got the ms03-039
patch installed?
You might have a look at article 329962.
