Scheduled Tasks service got stuck

Hi,
We have a w2k server (SP3) for some reason Scheduled Tasks
service got stuck. one of the jobs is marked as running
even though the process (of the spacific job) is not
listed under the Task Manager process list.

Help Please,

Open a CMD.exe prompt and type:

net stop "Task Scheduler" and press Enter.
Then type

net start "Task Scheduler" and press Enter.
