Scheduled Tasks - Minimize Window

In WinXP Pro is it possible to have Scheduled Tasks run a batch file in
the background - minimized? In other words, I want the batch file to run
but I do not want a window to open on my screen.

If you set it to run in anothers user's account you won't see it at all. That's even better isn't it.
