Scheduled Tasks folder empty

R

Robert M Jones

In the last couple of days I lost my scheduled tasks (XP Home) - I
suspect it was an uninstall/reinstall of Norton Antivirus as that is the
only thing I changed over the period.

I ran various backup utilities including a registry and appdata backup
but was unsure where Scheduled Tasks info is stored so I can restore
them if this should happen again.
Many thanks

Apologies for multiple posting - I tried on the help_and_support group
but got no answers over a couple of days.

The Sheduled tasks folder is C:\Windows\Tasks . Tasks are store as Job files, just
backup the files...
