Scheduled Shutdown in XP SP2...

I'm using XP SP2, just wondering if it is possible to set a scheduled
shutdown. If possible, how?

Use the Task Scheduler in the Control Panel to invoke
shutdown.exe. If unsure of the switches, type

shutdown /?

at the Command Prompt.
