Scheduled Scans require login session?

I set a scheduled scan for 2AM every night, but it never seems to run a scan
unless I leave my machine logged on (and locked). I searched in the help
documentation and there's no mention of whether that is normal or not. I've
done the same setup on three other computers, all running XP SP2. Does
anyone know if there's a way to get it to run a scheduled scan without anyone
logged on?

The Administrator accºunt have to be log on.

As Engel noted, you must be logged on as Administrator for the scheduled
scan to run. Beta 2 should resolve this issue so that you can run the
application in a Limited User Account.

THanks guys. That really sucks. Leaving a machine logged on overnight as an
Admin doesn't seem like a very secure practice. I'll wait for beta 2 and see
if that addresses this.

You are gonna love beta 2, its definitely going to be worth the wait. It
will installed as a System wide service which means you can do things like
multiple account scanning and updates for the application even when logged
off.
