Scheduled Folder/File Backups

I recall a time when windows had a program that would allow you to schedule
periodic backups of selected folders/files. An example would be to schedule
a weekly backup of the "My Documents" folder to a second hard drive. I'm
running Windows XP Home SP-2 and can't find such a program. I also have
Norton System Works Pro 2004 and it too does not have a similar program. Can
someone recommend a simple backup program for this type of job. Thanks,
