Backup Program For Folders?

Windows used to have a Backup Program that would allow scheduled backups of
selected folders (such as My Document, etc) to another drive. I have XP Home
SP2 and it doesn't seem to have that program. I also have Norton System
Works and it does not seem to have a similar program. Does anyone know of a
freeware or inexpensive program that will do this. Basically I want a
program that will do an automatic weekly backup of the My Documents Folder
and perhaps one or two more folders to a second hard drive. Thanks for the

XP Home did not arrive with the back up program installed. Some computer
manufacturers didn't even put it on the CDs. However, I have installed the
program on our computer clubs web site. The download starts immediately:
