Scheduled Backup Fails

I have a question regarding the use of NTbackup and a
Seagate tape drive. When we manually start the backup, it
works fine. If we schedule a backup, it fails. I
remember reading something about this in the Knowledge
Base, but now I cannot find the article. Could anyone
point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Have you checked the log file, the user that the process is running under
needs to have permissions to run such a process.
