Not without 3rd party software that would create a macro for you.

Nothing in base XP that I know of. Hire a systems programmer who has
familiarity with the Windows API and the right software tools and have
them develop a small program for you. My hunch is it's a small job, but
the key is to have knowledge of the API and the relevant tools.
