schedule the sending of messages

Can I "schedule" e-mails to be sent at certain times?
I'd like to be able to compose reminder e-mails for
clients and have them sent automatically on, say, Friday
afternoon or something.

I'm using Outlook 2003.

When you create the mail, press the "options" button for that email and
find these controls. as long as our machine turned on and running
Outlook, should do what you want.

If you can't rely on your computer to be turned on, you can investigate
server-based scheduling by speaking with the people who run your mail
server. They may have something you can use.
