schedule start time 12h bug

Don't know if this has already been reported before:
If you try to set the scheduled time between 12h00 and
12h59 it will be saved as 00hMM instead of 12hMM.

Yep, reported bug (most popular bug too) will be fixed by beta 2, just
choose another time.
