Schedule Scan Times

I just noticed a bug in the software. If you try to set
the Scheduled scan time to anything between 12:00pm and
12:59pm, as soon as you select Update Schedule or close the
window, it the program changes the time to 12am.

This appears to be "correct" behavior for the code currently distributed,
believe it or not!
Two days ahead of the scheduled day is "normal" as is the appearance when
you select 10 am.

Times between 12:00 and 12:59 PM are not selectable.
