BUG REPORT in scheduler using 24h format

hi,
setting scheduler at 12 hours (in 24h format)
resets the time to 0:00 (or 12AM), so it makes
it impossible to automatically scan between
12:00 and 12:59

Correct. This doesn't work, and it is known to the developers and being
fixed.
