schedule scandisk

Just wondering if there is an easy way to schedule a scandisk in XP so I can
incorporate into my scheduled unattended virus scans, backups and defrags

thanks
 
a scan disk usually requires sole access to the hd and
generally this requires scheduling it for the next reboot.
