Schedule a task with recurrence and attached email

If I create an outlook template, with the SendTo, Subject, and the file
already attached, can I create a recurring task that will send the same
email to those recipients everyday on a scheduled time? Also if I
change the file that is attached will the newer file be attached, or
will it send the old one? If this isn't the way to go about doing this
can someone point me in the right direction please? Thank you.
