scapi for Windows XP

In windows 2000 SP4 we had this key running bellow. If we had multiple
shared drive and one of then was going down when we where opening windows
explorer it was really slow since it was trying to access the share. Now I
have XP and this key doesn't work.

Is there an equivalent for Windows XP?

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\SCAPI] "Flags"=dword:00100c02
