Scanning Issues

Hi

Please help,

We have a program that you scan Documents in and then save the
documents.
Every user has its own little scanner and the scanner options, settings
and resolution is the same.
It should save it as tiff.

But on some users I get this error.Can someone please help me or just
give me some pointers
