Scanner

Haven't been able to make this Artec scanner work. It installs and I went to
their web site and downloaded the new drivers but the scanner will not open.
It says you can't open with a bus whatever that means. Can't find the
source. The twain can't open. I wish they talk in planer terms so I could
understand them. Can anybody help. It worked on 98. It works on my laptop
which is xp. But on my dell desktop it will not open.

Are you certain you are installing the software correctly? If the scanner
works on another XP system then the problem is not with the scanner or with
XP.
