I recently upgraded to windows XP and now my Plustek
OpticPro 9630P will not work. The message states the
program connot open the Bla bla bla!!

Hello

Well you need to make sure that the drivers that you the
latest drivers that support Xp, remember your using a different
OS now think. Go to their website and look for drivers that
will support XP
