This sure sounds like an Acerscan Prisa 320P (not sure if your keyboard is
messed up, or this is a model name from another country).
I'd recommend you disconnect the device from your computer and remove any of
the software & drivers that came with the device or that you uploaded.
Reboot. Then plug the scanner in. If the system doesn't recognize it, then
you will have to install the XP scanner driver (the Millennium or Win98
driver may not work on XP, so check the internet for an XP driver specific
to the scanner).
