how do i rearrange my scanned documents they show up i n word in a single
document ,lying on top of each other like windows

Many people will simply ignore duplicate postings of the same problem,
especially if they are as hard to read as these are.

In the meantime, the problem is that you are scanning the documents as
images, & Word does not generate page breaks based on image content. Each
picture is a separate graphic object which is simply stacked on top of the
others on the same page.

If you want the 'pictures' of the text to be on separate pages, you will
have to create your own page breaks (Insert>Break>Page Break - OK, or use
Ctrl+Enter), then either drag/drop or cut/paste the pictures to the
appropriate pages.
