1. Scandisk is not related in any way to Microsoft Word, the topic of this
newsgroup. You should ask in a Windows group.
2. Scandisk is not a "device". It's a program that examines disks for
problems. It's what runs when you right-click a disk in Windows Explorer
("My Computer"), choose Properties, go to the Tools tab, and click the Check
Now button under Error-checking.
3. Type 'scandisk' into the Internet search engine of your choice to learn
everything there is.
