scandisk keeps restarting

I scheduled scandisk on next restart with auto fix and
disk check both on. Scandisk has been running for 3
hours and keeps restarting during step 4 of 5. Any
suggestions?

Can you hit power button and on reboot go to F8 safe mode
or last good configuration if you can you might check
line 82 at the following site
