particular machine has visited and if so how are you able

Is there a way to scan the registry to find the websites a
particular machine has visited and if so how are you able
to do so

For the most part "history" of sites visited in not a registry item,
but rather a function of the browser or browser/OS (as in IE) and
stored in a (often cryptic) file(s). Try a group for the browser you
are using.
