Problem 1. Scanner/ camera wizard cannot find scanner.

Problem 2. hp photo and imaging gallery cannot find file
c:/ program%20files/hp/digital%20imaging/bin/loading...hp%20image%zone.htm?
make sure path or internet address correct. Therefore I cant open it or hp
Image zone.
Can anyone help me with these please. I have tried hp site no luck and don't
choose to ring them due to the expense. Thank you Cheryl.

If your scanner is xp compatible, I would reinstall all software.

Thanks for yor reply Nick.
I have done this now and can scan photos, but I could not uninstall before
reinstall as I could not find the Hewlett-Packard file in programs, so I
installed on top of old installation and don't know if this will cause any
other problems yet. I intend working in there later today and will see what
the out come is.It's an All In One and printer was recognised so i could not
understand why not the scanner.

Most of the time that will not hurt anything. Just writes over the top of
the old.

Thanks again for your reply. After getting things working they started
playing up again. I went to a few other help sites and found the problem was
not just mine. It turned out that xp service pack2 had to be uninstalled and
a file downloaded from HP to make sp2 Compatible, then download sp2 again
..Seems ok now, except the problem i have had is also found with Hp digital
music. I will have to check if there is a special file for that one. Thanks
for letting me feel more at ease with downloading ontop of the old files.all
seems to work now. Thanks Cheryl

Take out cable from scanner, restart your computer. Reinstall the scanner
driver. restarter your computer. Conect scanner cable, your computer will
automaticaly find the scanner.
