Hi,

I am trying to scan an image into an access database...has anyone done it
before?

Thanks...

With Office 97 and earlier, there were several Kodak image controls which
allowed scanning into Access. Unfortunately, newer versions of Access, no
longer include the Kodak license and controls. I am currently using DBPix
2.0, which allows scanning both into Access and into a separate file. I
prefer keeping them in separate files to drastically reduce the space
required for storage. I believe you can download and test it at:

Thanks Arvin,

I had done it the old fashioned way of scanning in then saving as image file
then using access to locate the file and store in database.

But, this looks really good...I'll see how far I can go with it.

Regards,

Metin
