SBS and TSWeb Leap Frog approach

I am trying to give a client the ability to remote control their
machine via a web browser. Initially I though about opneing the ports
in the F/w and installing TS Web on the SBS 2k machine. I cannot seem
to get it to work.

Next I would suggest the leap frog approach. Open the nec. ports,
Install TS on the SBS 2000 server in application mode along with the
lic. service, create a user and have that user startup a RDP client
when logon successful, from there they will modify.

What do you think abaout my idea?

So what went wrong? This would probably be the easiest
approach.

The second approach is good also, although if they are the
only user that is terminal servicing into that server,
then you only need to install terminal services in remote
admin mode. Remote admin mode doesn't require a license
server.

When I tried using the first method the client could not be found. I
put in the user's system name in the server field. This scenario was
tried using NAme, internal ip even machine.domain notation.

This method worked when executing from a sep machine infront of the
firewall. I would prefer to get this method to work instead of
switching into application mode. Could you think of any ideas?

Could it be because of SBS 2k?
